Senior Program Manager:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Program Manager - Job Description:
This role involves leading large-scale, complex programs with a focus on digital strategy and transformation. The Senior Program Manager will oversee program deliverables from inception through to project close-out, ensuring alignment with executive expectations and efficient delivery within the public sector.

Senior Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Provide program management leadership and expertise for high-profile, high-risk initiatives.
• Ensure accountability for the program’s centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
• Ensure programs are delivered cost-effectively and efficiently, in compliance with organizational methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
• Direct, manage, and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including multiple Project Managers.
• Monitor and report on project interdependencies and exposure levels.
• Engage in change management and transformation initiatives.

Senior Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 15+ years of experience leading program digital strategy from inception to close-out.
• 10+ years of experience translating I&IT executive expectations into program deliverables.
• 15+ years of experience directing and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with change management and transformation principles.
• Public Sector experience.

Senior Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Transformation & Strategic Leadership capabilities.
• Cloud & Modern Architecture Fluency.
• AI & Automation Enablement experience.
• Delivery Excellence with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Financial & Operational Optimization skills.

Senior Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract role.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office.
