Job Description

Senior Program Manager:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for an approximate 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Program Manager - Job Description:
This role will provide program management support for the Data for Connected Health and the Digital Health Standards Departments. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Director and management team to enhance program development, coordination, reporting, and oversight across interconnected workstreams, supporting effective planning, governance, and operational execution across the portfolio.

Senior Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a portfolio integration approach for clear system-level view of priorities
• Consolidate information from multiple workstreams for coherent program oversight
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership
• Design and improve program governance processes and meeting structures
• Track and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
• Support financial and operational planning through budget and resource visibility
• Coordinate program activities to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Develop and maintain standard program management artifacts and documentation
• Facilitate meetings and governance forums with structured agendas and action tracking

Senior Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management in digital health or healthcare environments
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs and managing interdependencies
• Ability to establish program governance and performance frameworks
• Experience in process optimization and operational improvements
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data practices and standards (e.g., HL7 FHIR®, SNOMED CT®, LOINC®)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Senior Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud tools
• Experience in process mapping techniques
• Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare landscape
• Ability to identify and mitigate implementation issues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Senior Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is an approximate 9-month contract position.

ASAP.

Senior Program Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
