Senior Program Manager:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Senior Program Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager will lead a critical project concerning transit fare payment systems within the Project in Toronto. This initiative involves managing large-scale, complex programs and procurement processes in the public sector.

Senior Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Provide program management leadership for large scale, high-profile initiatives
• Ensure program delivery is cost-effective, efficient, and compliant with organizational standards
• Lead program strategy development and manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Monitor and manage cost, risk, schedule, governance, and technical performance
• Direct stakeholder consultation and consensus building
• Report program status to multiple stakeholders

Senior Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years experience in project and program management
• Experience leading major technology or payments procurement programs with successful RFP issuance
• Experience with complex programs in both private and public sector organizations
• Knowledge of transit fare payment systems, technology, operations, and business processes
• Public sector experience

Senior Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Expert knowledge of PMLC
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in building positive team relationships
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Experience with media relations and social media communication

Senior Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.

Senior Program Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite.
