Senior Project Control Officer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Control Officer for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Project Control Officer - Job Description:
The project involves addressing mandatory remediation items as part of the "Road to Strong" initiative. The role requires managing various project control activities within a multi-year project space, ensuring effective oversight and reporting.

Senior Project Control Officer - Responsibilities:
• Manage RAID log, ensuring currency and coherency
• Prepare and consolidate reporting materials, including weekly status reports and ad-hoc requests
• Track interdependencies across project workstreams
• Consolidate monthly cost forecasts and analyze variances
• Maintain project change control list and related activities
• Organize and track required artifacts, assisting during compliance reviews
• Track and report on tasks, deliverables, and milestones, escalating slippages

Senior Project Control Officer - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Project Monitoring and Control Activity experience
• Large project/program delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint

Senior Project Control Officer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking or financial institution experience
• PMP certification

Senior Project Control Officer – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in office and 1 day work from home.
