Senior Project Manager - AI:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager - AI for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Project Manager - AI - Job Description:
The project involves leading a complex, enterprise-wide transformation focused on operating-model improvement, process simplification, AI enablement, and automation. The Senior Project Manager will convert executive direction into an actionable plan, ensuring all decisions are grounded in validated financial, operational, technology, and risk evidence.

Senior Project Manager - AI - Responsibilities:
• Own the integrated project plan, maintaining the master plan across various workstreams and deliverables.
• Run the transformation management office, establishing governance and executive status reporting.
• Orchestrate cross-functional and partner teams, coordinating various departments and functions.
• Drive evidence-led assessment execution, tracking data requests and validation cycles.
• Integrate operating-model and delivery options, translating findings into practical treatment options.
• Embed AI and automation into project decisions, ensuring use cases consider process redesign and measurable value.
• Maintain executive decision readiness, producing concise gate materials and escalating unresolved issues.
• Protect stakeholder trust and information integrity through disciplined communications.

Senior Project Manager - AI - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of progressive project leadership in complex enterprise transformation.
• Large-scale operating-model experience.
• Delivery-partner ecosystem exposure, including multi-vendor orchestration.
• Applied AI and automation exposure within business transformation.
• Strong enterprise project controls and governance forums experience.
• Commercial and sourcing acumen with experience in procurement and legal/risk review.
• Business case and value-realization discipline.

Senior Project Manager - AI – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in regulated and multi-business environments.
• Experience in retail, financial services, supply chain, or customer-facing operations.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma credentials.
• Formal AI, automation, transformation, or service-management training.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree.
