Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery - Job Description:
This role involves managing a large-scale Operations Change (transformation) program within Canadian Banking Operations. The Sr Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.

Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation initiatives
• Partner with Workstream Leaders and VP, Program Management for project management support
• Provide functional oversight and monitor initiative health and performance
• Escalate risks and maintain governance and delivery transparency
• Engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate Steering Committee forums

Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in program management or transformation delivery
• Expertise in managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multi-dimensional projects (People, Process, Technology)
• Proven experience with large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience managing project financials for portfolios ranging from $10M to $20M+

Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Commercial banking domain within top financial institutions
• Success in supporting and guiding program managers

Sr Project Manager, Banking – Business Change/Transformation Delivery – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027, with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
