Senior Project Manager – Capital Markets (Unified Model Integration Project) - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the Unified Model Integration (UMI) workstream, focusing on validating and enhancing the Capital Markets Business Operating Model to ensure it is future-ready. This project involves developing a target-state Technology and Data Architecture to drive seamless interoperability across Risk, Finance, Back Office, and Treasury.

Senior Project Manager – Capital Markets (Unified Model Integration Project) - Responsibilities:
• Oversee the validation and enhancement of the Capital Markets business operating model
• Manage the development of a target-state technology and data architecture
• Facilitate the design and implementation of cross-functional interaction models
• Lead project planning for critical data deliverables and governance
• Coordinate the design of a modern service and support operating model
• Develop a detailed, phased execution roadmap and identify dependencies
• Serve as the central point of contact for vendor and stakeholder orchestration
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates on project status

Senior Project Manager – Capital Markets (Unified Model Integration Project) - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-10 years of senior-level project or program management experience
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets workflows
• Strong familiarity with technology and data transformations
• Proven track record of executing strategic plans
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills

Senior Project Manager – Capital Markets (Unified Model Integration Project) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Tier-1 Banking environments
• Familiarity with canonical data models
• Experience with large-scale transformative programs
• Understanding of trade execution and settlement processes
• Knowledge of treasury operations
