Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects:
Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the North of 60 Billing Projects aimed at enhancing the billing systems for companies in the Northwest Territories. The focus is on aligning technology with business operations to deliver value and improve billing processes.

Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects - Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring technology aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the OCM Lead to execute change management strategies.
• Present project updates and insights to executive stakeholders.
• Balance technical implementation with business processes for measurable value.
• Adhere to governance frameworks and provide regular project updates.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges.
• Manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and engage Managed Service Providers.

Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in IT and operational enhancement projects.
• Expertise in Customer Billing & Financial System projects.
• Experience with Agile or Iterative Project Delivery.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Experience with OCM teams for system and process changes.
• Familiarity with IFRS and IT project financial activities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.

Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with regulated utilities.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with managed service provider engagement processes.
• Business analysis skills for requirements gathering.
• Experience with Oracle Billing and Financial systems.

Senior Project Manager - Customer & Billing Projects – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension.
