Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of Cyber Security and AI projects within a federally regulated financial institution. The role involves managing complex technical projects, setting stakeholder expectations, and maintaining financial discipline to ensure successful outcomes.

Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity - Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
• Simplify complex technical and AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• Adjust project scope and direction as needed in a changing environment.
• Track budgets, forecast, and control scope to avoid overruns.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to project progress.

Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years relevant experience with start-to-end delivery.
• Experience with Cyber Security and AI project delivery, and working experience in a federally regulated industry (financial institution).
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills; ability to interact and negotiate with C-suite executives.
• Organized, punctual, confident, and diligent with regards to items in flight and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, forward thinker who can remove obstacles and takes ownership.
• Strong value, financial, and schedule discipline; thinks in outcomes, not only activities.
• Technical knowledge: Understanding System Architecture (at a high level); SDLC & Delivery Methods; Integration.

Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Someone who is a strong negotiator.
• Experience in problem-solving and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible manner.

Senior Project Manager - CyberSecurity – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.
