Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims:
On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Waterloo, Ontario office. 

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims - Job Description:
This role involves managing cross-departmental business projects and ITS-related projects within a diverse portfolio. The focus is on projects related to health and dental claims, requiring strong project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to completion and benefits realization.

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims - Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources, and communication plans.
• Lead project meetings and oversee governance and dependency management.
• Guide project teams in risk identification, assessment, and documentation.
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage change and competing demands by assessing impacts and communicating adjustments.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage and coordinate external vendors.
• Champion organizational change and support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Lead or facilitate project review sessions with leadership.

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in insurance, specifically with health and dental claims.
• University degree in a related field.
• Experience leading Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects.
• Leadership experience in managing business sponsorship and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and planning sessions.
• Ability to work in environments with developing project processes and frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP and Agile certification.
• Experience in financial services or related industries.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and in plain language.

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims – Assignment Length:
This is a full-time permanent position.

ASAP.

Senior Project Manager - Health & Dental Claims - Assignment Location:
Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid with bi-monthly in-office requirement.
