Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Description du poste:
Le/la Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre sera responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et du suivi de projets d’infrastructure (centres de données et plateformes connexes). Le rôle requiert une forte maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire, une coordination étroite avec des fournisseurs, ainsi qu’une utilisation pratique d’Azure DevOps pour la planification et le suivi.

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Responsabilités:
• Définir et gérer le plan de projet (portée, échéancier, livrables, dépendances) et assurer l’exécution de bout en bout.
• Assurer l’ownership du budget : suivre les coûts, analyser les écarts (burn vs. actuals) et produire des rapports d’avancement.
• Gérer les risques, enjeux et dépendances liés à l’infrastructure; escalader tôt avec des options et des recommandations.
• Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs (matériel/logiciel) pour assurer la livraison et la qualité.
• Utiliser Azure DevOps de manière pratique (incluant la planification de Program Increment) pour le suivi, la gouvernance et la visibilité.
• Démontrer l’utilisation d’outils d’IA dans la planification, le reporting ou l’administration afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Soutenir les activités de gouvernance projet au sein d’un PMO mature et bien structuré.
• Respecter les exigences de conformité et compléter, au besoin, une certification/validation interne liée au mandat.

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Compétences obligatoires:
• 10+ années d’expérience en gestion de projet, avec un focus infrastructure.
• Expérience approfondie de projets d’infrastructure (p. ex., VMware, AIX, mainframe, centre de données).
• Expérience démontrée en gestion financière de projet : ownership du budget et suivi des coûts.
• Expérience de gestion de fournisseurs (matériel et logiciels).
• Expérience pratique avec Azure DevOps, incluant la planification de Program Increment.
• Solide compréhension de l’architecture infrastructure, des risques et des dépendances.
• Excellentes compétences en communication (anglais requis).
• Capacité démontrée d’utiliser l’IA actuellement (exemples concrets en planification, reporting ou administration).
• Disponibilité pour travailler sur site 1 à 2 fois par semaine (mode hybride).

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre will own the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives (data centre and related platforms). The role requires strong budget ownership, vendor management, and hands-on use of Azure DevOps for planning and delivery tracking.

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Own and manage project financials: track spend, monitor burn vs. actuals, and report status.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across infrastructure domains; escalate early with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and hardware/software vendors to ensure delivery and quality outcomes.
• Use Azure DevOps hands-on (including Program Increment planning) to drive tracking, governance, and visibility.
• Demonstrate active use of AI in planning, reporting, or administration to improve execution efficiency.
• Operate effectively within a mature, well-organized PMO environment.
• Meet compliance requirements and complete any required internal certification/validation tied to the assignment.

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Project Management experience with an infrastructure focus.
• Extensive infrastructure project experience (e.g., VMware, AIX, mainframe, data centre).
• Demonstrated ownership of project financials and budget tracking.
• Experience managing hardware and software vendors.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience, including Program Increment planning.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong communication skills (English required).
• Demonstrated current use of AI in planning, reporting, or administration (provide examples).
• Ability to work onsite 1–2 times per week (hybrid).

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure and Data Centre – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• French/English bilingualism.
