Senior Project Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Senior Project Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will be part of a core central Program Management Team responsible for ensuring timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams. This role involves imparting subject matter expertise and know-how in Markets products and business lines to provide meaningful and sustainable solutions.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on Capital Markets.
• Drive PMO discipline and systemic milestone management across the program.
• Build collaborative relationships across Global Markets stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives.
• Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues promptly.
• Engage senior stakeholders and produce accurate project updates.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel, if needed.

Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Familiarity with FRTB Trading Book/Banking Booking Boundary, Covered positions, and IRT.
• Experience with FRTB and/or other front office-driven regulatory initiatives.
• Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L flows.
• Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions.
• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory related projects/programs.
• Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management certifications e.g., PMP or equivalent.

Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a long-term contract position.

Senior Project Manager - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid with 3 days in office.
