Senior Project Manager:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for an 18-month role. This position is primarily onsite with the option for occasional off-site work at our client’s Regina office.

Senior Project Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead a large-scale transformational project, focusing on managing the integrated project plan and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams. This role involves close collaboration with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment and achievement of program objectives.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage integrated project plans and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Manage and collaborate with external vendors on project delivery.
• Work closely with core project team members to ensure project goal alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage interdependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide accurate project reporting to stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of seven (7) years of proven IT program or project management experience.
• Project management education and/or certifications (PMP).
• Minimum of seven (7) years of proven vendor management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.

Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects.
• Experience managing the implementation of SaaS cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Proven project and resource planning capabilities.

Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The term of the contract will be for an initial eighteen (18) month term with the option for two one (1) year renewals.

Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. This position is primarily onsite with the option for occasional off-site work.
