On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) for a contract role. This position is a remote position with preference for Alberta-based candidates, but open to anywhere in Canada.

Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead an eCRM transformation project and collaborate on building a sustainable, long-term Salesforce governance structure. The core focus of this role is the end-to-end delivery of the critical eCRM project, with program-level expertise required to design and roll out a robust governance framework.

Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) - Responsibilities:
• Take full accountability for the end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of the high-priority eCRM project
• Manage project budgets, detailed schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery friction and risks
• Lead the drafting and aggregation of executive-level progress reports, status decks, and presentations
• Partner directly with the Delivery Manager and Salesforce Managing Director to co-design a scalable Salesforce governance framework
• Establish foundational governance mechanisms for future Salesforce projects
• Align business stakeholders, IT, and partners around standard delivery practices and risk management

Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience building project/program governance frameworks from scratch
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation lifecycles
• Experience managing internal engineering teams and business partners

Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with eCRM, customer journey, or digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of compliance standards and customer data structures within banking/financial services
• Strong consultative skills to drive organizational change

Senior Project Manager (Salesforce) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position expected to end on December 31, 2027, with the possibility for extension.
