Senior Project Manager:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Project Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Agency's Customer Experience Team, focusing on the Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) initiatives. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing digital transformation in healthcare, improving user experience, and driving the adoption of digital-first services.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee operating plans, implementation roadmaps, and workback schedules
• Manage governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting
• Oversee procurement and vendor management activities
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, managing risks, dependencies, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and leadership stakeholders

Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience in large organizations
• Advanced expertise in project and program management
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in public sector, healthcare, procurement, and vendor management
• Ability to develop executive briefings, presentations, and strategic planning documents
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) principles
• Experience in strategic planning and business acumen
• Background in governance, leadership, and collaboration
• Ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans

Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
