Senior Project Manager:
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a 4.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior Project Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the enterprise deployment of Twilio Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities across the organization. This project involves deploying a secure, scalable, and user-centric authentication solution to enhance organizational cybersecurity while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Twilio MFA implementation program
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including solution design, testing, communications, training, deployment, and support readiness
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, schedule, security requirements, and business objectives
• Manage pilot deployments, phased rollout waves, and enterprise-wide adoption activities
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between business units, technology teams, security leadership, and vendors
• Partner with Communications and OCM teams to develop rollout communications and engagement plans

Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-12+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven experience leading enterprise cybersecurity, IAM, or authentication initiatives
• Experience managing MFA, identity modernization, SSO, PAM, or access management programs
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technology transformations
• Experience managing vendors and external delivery partners
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Enterprise cybersecurity project delivery
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• MFA and authentication technologies
• Executive stakeholder management
• Organizational change management

Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 4.5-month contract position.
