Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Integration
On behalf of our client in the financial services industry, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for 4 Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Integration.
The Senior Project Managers will support enterprise-level business integration programs in a highly governed financial services environment. These roles are focused on business program delivery, merger/integration support, executive stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and business stream coordination.
These are not technology implementation Project Manager roles. The successful candidates will act as business-facing project/program leads, helping business leaders maintain momentum across complex integration workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and support the transition from external consulting support into the client’s internal delivery framework.

Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Integration Job Details
• Lead and support complex enterprise integration and business transformation workstreams.
• Partner with business leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to move program activities forward.
• Support the transition of work from external consulting partners into the client’s internal EPMO/IMO delivery model.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Support governance, executive reporting, dashboarding, and program-level visibility.
• Coordinate business stream activities and ensure alignment across multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Facilitate discussions with senior leaders and stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Challenge assumptions respectfully and act as a trusted business partner to assigned workstreams.
• Work within established project management frameworks, tools, and governance practices.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuity of delivery during transition periods.
• Maintain momentum on in-flight programs with minimal disruption to timelines or business priorities.

Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Integration Mandatory Skills
• 10+ years of senior project/program management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience leading business transformation, integration, merger, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Financial services, banking, credit union, or federally regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand business operations, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
• Experience managing multiple business workstreams with complex interdependencies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a high-governance environment with strong reporting and documentation expectations.
• Experience working with external consulting firms or transitioning work from a consulting partner to an internal delivery team.
• Ability to work within an existing framework without over-engineering or redesigning the delivery model.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate ambiguity, urgency, and competing priorities.

Senior Project Managers, Enterprise Integration Desired Skills
• Experience in retail banking, lending, credit risk, HR, operations, or enterprise business functions.
• Experience supporting merger integration, post-merger integration, or enterprise integration management offices.
• Experience with EPMO, IMO, or enterprise governance environments.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, dashboards, and executive reporting tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an asset, but not mandatory.

Remote within Canada. Must be able to work aligned to Pacific Time business hours.
