Senior QA:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior QA for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior QA - Job Description:
As a QA Analyst - Enterprise CRM, you will contribute to the implementation of a world-class CRM across the enterprise. This project involves testing the implementation of a Salesforce App to digitize and automate end-to-end workflows for fraud, replacing a legacy, manual process with a centralized, auditable system.

Senior QA - Responsibilities:
• Execute on a QA strategy for Enterprise CRM implementation based on Salesforce and its integrations.
• Perform hands-on exploratory testing and automated test coverage.
• Verify and validate core Salesforce functional components, such as OmniScripts, Flows, FlexCards, and custom objects.
• Test new and expanded integrations for account, card, and transaction data.
• Support the software delivery engine to increase code quality and speed to market.

Senior QA - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in the Quality Assurance and testing field.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, including testing integration components.
• Solid background in QA methodologies and managing the full testing lifecycle.
• Experience developing test assets (plans, cases, scripts) and utilizing both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Senior QA – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce functional components like OmniScripts, Flows, and FlexCards.
• Familiarity with testing new and expanded integrations for financial data.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset.

Senior QA – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Senior QA - Assignment Location:
Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day in the office per week.
