On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to support the design, validation, and delivery of modern digital platform capabilities as part of its Digital Experience Platform (DxP) initiative. The role focuses on transitioning from fragmented digital experiences to a modern, secure, API-driven platform, emphasizing test automation and quality engineering.

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies across DxP initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs
• Validate end-to-end user journeys across public and authenticated experiences
• Test enterprise APIs developed using REST and GraphQL
• Perform accessibility testing aligned with WCAG and AODA standards
• Support testing activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for enterprise web applications and digital platforms
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent technologies
• Experience testing modern web applications built using Next.js, React, and .NET C#
• Experience validating applications utilizing headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 Level AA and AODA accessibility requirements
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines within Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building or testing applications hosted in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner
• Experience integrating analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Experience supporting government digital service delivery and accessibility compliance

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position.
