Senior Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Recruiter for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Recruiter - Job Description:
The role involves full-cycle recruitment for technology positions, supporting business-as-usual activities. The Senior Recruiter will focus on sourcing and attracting high-quality talent, particularly in cyber security and AI, while working closely with senior executives to meet hiring needs.

Senior Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, guiding smart hiring decisions
• Lead the full recruitment cycle and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Share insights on market trends and recruitment metrics
• Strengthen the bank's brand and represent the bank at recruiting events
• Partner with HR and business leaders to shape sourcing plans
• Manage workload efficiently and uphold quality standards
• Follow recruitment policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead or support special projects and talent-related initiatives
• Resolve escalations quickly and effectively

Senior Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of recruitment experience in the tech space
• Experience working for a large organization
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Full cycle recruitment experience

Senior Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Workday

Senior Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence as needed, such as for meetings.
