On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud - Job Description:
The Branch Technology CRM Engineering team is seeking a Senior Salesforce BSA to support new business needs and backfill an expiring contract. The ideal candidate will be involved in new project developments, focusing on scalable and integrated solutions within the Financial Services Cloud.

Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Lead day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance and operational controls.
• Translate business needs into specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of software solutions for Commercial Customers.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform for optimal performance.
• Stay current with Salesforce & nCino technologies and industry best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment promoting continuous improvement.

Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
• Extensive Salesforce platform expertise, including Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience in platform configuration and user management.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud configurations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent.

Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications.

Senior Salesforce BSA - Financial Services Cloud – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from November 2, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with a possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office per week.
