On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking one Senior Salesforce Engineer - Integration. 

Senior Salesforce Engineer - Integration Job Details

• Design, develop, and support backend microservices (Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot) that integrate with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Integration & Development:

• Build and maintain event-driven integrations using messaging/streaming tools, with Kafka experience preferred.
• Write clean, well-tested code (TDD/ATDD) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and observability practices.

Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate with Development Managers, QA, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical direction within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide occasional on-call support for production microservices — infrequent, in a business-hours-focused environment.

Senior Salesforce Engineer - Integration Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience in Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot); Java-only candidates are welcome, as Kotlin is a natural next step.
• Proven experience integrating systems/applications via APIs, middleware, or event-driven architecture; Kafka experience a strong plus.
• Solid grounding in Test-Driven Development, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong communicator, comfortable working directly with cross-functional, non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
• Nice to have: Salesforce experience (Apex, SOQL, Platform Events/CDC, or familiarity with the Salesforce data model).
• Nice to have: Exposure to Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud (Snowflake, BigQuery, Marketing Cloud).
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).
