On behalf of our Automotive Finance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Salesforce Lead for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Senior Salesforce Lead - Job Description:
The Senior Salesforce Lead is tasked with developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce-based digital platforms. This role involves working closely with Architects and Business Managers to maintain and expand digital solutions for Customer and Dealer Portals, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Senior Salesforce Lead - Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions across CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Perform unit testing for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve defects identified during QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by reviewing logs and monitoring platform performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing Salesforce operations.
• Assist and perform deployments.
• Conduct all other duties as assigned.

Senior Salesforce Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and external systems.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Experience Cloud sites (portals).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce DevOps and Release Management.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Senior Salesforce Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior experience in the automotive finance or consumer finance industry.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Senior Salesforce Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
