Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive ServiceNow implementation experience to bridge business needs and technical delivery. The role involves leading requirements gathering, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and producing documentation to guide solution design across ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and CSM.

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Apply strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and CSM processes to requirements and design discussions.

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills (user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria).
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and CSM process areas.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, training, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Prior experience in a formal BA certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA).

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is an 8 month contract position.

ASAP.

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; this is a remote position
