Senior ServiceNow Developer:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role involves working hands-on across ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and CSM, delivering scalable configurations and automation under the guidance of the platform's architecture team.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Deliver hands-on development across ITAM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITSM, and CSM.
• Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, client/server scripts, and custom scripting.
• Perform day-to-day platform administration, development, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, documentation, and production deployments.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned to platform standards.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on development experience across ITAM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITSM, and CSM.
• Strong scripting and customization skills (client/server scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience building Flow Designer workflows and integrations.
• Experience with platform upgrades, testing, and production deployment processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, BAs, and business stakeholders.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Micro-certifications in ITOM, ITAM, or CSM.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party API work.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s office.
