Senior ServiceNow Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Job Description:
This role supports the Blue Rewards - IPS line of business by enhancing and developing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and enterprise inventory management. The position involves hands-on development, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to improve asset and configuration data governance and visibility, directly impacting operational efficiency and data quality.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and enhance CMDB capabilities, data models, and configuration item lifecycle processes.
• Support CMDB health initiatives including completeness, correctness, compliance, and relationship integrity.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities to manage hardware and software asset lifecycles.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflows.
• Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and related inventory data collection capabilities.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, MID Servers, and other supported technologies.
• Provide technical guidance, document configurations, and support knowledge transfer activities within platform teams.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in CMDB design, governance, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Configuration Management, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including CMDB Data Manager, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HAM, SAM, Discovery, or CMDB.
• Experience leading CMDB transformation or inventory management initiatives.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with endpoint management, procurement, discovery, or infrastructure platforms.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Assignment Length:
The contract is until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

ASAP.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office per week.
