Senior ServiceNow Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Job Description:
This role involves critical work on ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration. The project focuses on enhancing and integrating ServiceNow capabilities with third-party tools, as well as improving CMDB population through custom probes and patterns.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Responsibilities:
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server.
• Develop and implement custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and manage CMDB population.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network protocols and credential-based access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
• Strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and CMDB population.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential-based access.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Health and Safety (H&S) or Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with accessible technology solutions.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.

Senior ServiceNow Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a duration contingent upon project needs.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Hybrid work model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
