Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect for a 6 month contract role. This position is a remote position located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural direction across a multi-module ServiceNow implementation. The role involves owning the platform's technical vision, guiding enterprise-scale solution design, and mentoring development and administration teams.

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the technical architecture and design direction for the ServiceNow platform.
• Design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and integration architecture across ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, and CSM.
• Produce architecture diagrams, solution design documents, technical documentation, and best-practice guidelines.
• Establish platform standards, design patterns, and implementation best practices across teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance to developers and administrators.
• Lead architecture discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate platform capabilities, limitations, scalability, performance, and security considerations, and advise on platform roadmap.
• Review scripting and custom development work for architectural soundness and adherence to standards.

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Deep, hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its underlying architecture.
• Strong expertise across ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, and CSM, including integrations, scripting, and custom development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and integration architectures.
• Strong documentation skills (architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical specs).
• Experience leading technical governance and mentoring development/admin teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead architecture discussions with enterprise clients.

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and multi-instance environments.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries with complex integration landscapes.

Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
