On behalf of our Government Service client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This is a critical project involving Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design. The role involves working on the development and integration of CRM systems to enhance service delivery.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications and generate code
• Maintain and conduct unit tests, resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Experience with low code and custom development on Dynamics 365
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace and related features
• Experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
• Experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
