Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics for a 4-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on Dynamics CRM customization and integration within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The project requires extensive customization of Dynamics CRM, including workflows, plug-ins, and integration with enterprise systems.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications and writing code.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation.
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
• Utilize object and/or third-generation language development tools.
• Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
• Elicit and document information from business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience with hands-on and leading Dynamics CRM projects.
• Experience in customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
• Proficiency in building and customizing Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins, and complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
• Expertise in customizing Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience in customizing Power App and Power Pages.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise system integration.
• Familiarity with structured methodologies for software development.
