On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics for a 6-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project regarding CRM and case management solutions. The focus is on implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to enhance enterprise application delivery.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.
• Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve productivity, development practices, and solution design.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• Must have prior "Lead" experience as a MS Dynamics Developer.
• Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace and custom Web API development.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with ASP.NET, .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in public sector environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace.
• Knowledge of low code development on Dynamics 365.
• Experience with AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to lead cross-functional Agile delivery teams.

Senior Software Developer - CRM - MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.
