On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical government project focused on enterprise platform development. The project is a new development initiative that will impact Ontario businesses.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript - Responsibilities:
• Design and develop large-scale, multi-client, Internet-ready web applications.
• Implement modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks for responsive, component-based application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for unit testing, source control, and application documentation.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience with large-scale web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in responsive, component-based application development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, unit testing, and source control.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and JSON Web Tokens.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience.
• Experience with security gateways and SSL certificates.
• Proficiency in middleware and communication protocols.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Software Developer- Front End - JavaScript - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
