Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 - Job Description:
The Health System Insights Portal enhancement initiative for FY26-27 aims to expand the HSI Portal into a governed enterprise business intelligence platform. The project involves upgrading the current platform to support a more complex reporting environment, with a user-first approach to developing requirements.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation.
• Evaluate architecture, technical specifications, and solution design.
• Work closely with UI/UX designer to implement UI functionality and styles.
• Produce clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and performance issues.
• Partner with Operations teams to ensure support of developed applications.
• Create and maintain code documentation.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-8+ years' experience with front-end and server-side development.
• 5-8+ years' experience developing in C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core, JavaScript, SQL.
• 5-8+ years' experience developing within Microsoft Azure.
• 5-8+ years' experience in an Agile team using Azure DevOps SDLC.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience with authenticated, customer-focused applications.
• Strong experience with planning and developing API endpoints.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act and WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
• Exposure to FHIR and HL7 standards.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 – Assignment Length:
The term of this assignment is for 7 month contract with an option to extend.

ASAP.

Senior Software Developer-Full Stack .Net/HSI x2 - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid with 2 days/week onsite at manager's discretion.
