Senior Software Engineer:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Senior Software Engineer for a 7 month contract role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Senior Software Engineer - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to support a large-scale enterprise learning platform transformation and migration program. This role involves leading the design and development of enterprise integrations, extensive ETL/ELT workflows, and new API capabilities to connect various platform services.

Senior Software Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build and maintain Mule 4.x services, flows, connectors, and reusable integration components.
• Develop new APIs and integration services using RAML 1.0, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Implement and support ETL/ELT workflows that move, transform, validate, and orchestrate data across systems.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, data issues, and API defects; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.

Senior Software Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in software development or integration engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Deep experience with Mule 4.x and DataWeave 2.0.
• Strong experience designing and delivering new APIs using RAML 1.0 and API-led connectivity.
• Extensive experience with ETL/ELT, data movement, and transformation workflows.

Senior Software Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to learning platforms, HR systems, or talent technology ecosystems.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, identity platforms, or enterprise reporting tools.
• Familiarity with reusable MuleSoft design patterns and integration frameworks.
• Exposure to Python for scripting, automation, or supporting integration utilities.

Senior Software Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 7 month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is remote with in Ontario.
