Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend):
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project, focusing on CRM and API integration. The project includes developing and integrating digital products that comply with modern accessibility standards and security best practices.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) - Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, upgrading, testing, and implementing software components for the central Special Events application.
• Contributing to the development and integration of multiple sub-forms into the primary application.
• Documenting technical specifications, system designs, and integration details.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues related to system functionality and integrations.
• Collaborating with development resources to ensure consistent implementation.
• Participating in the planning and delivery of development tasks.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets accessibility, privacy, and security requirements.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in developing Single Page Applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and frameworks such as Backbone, React, Stencil.js.
• Extensive experience with API integration using REST (JSON, XML) APIs.
• Experience developing digital products that comply with WCAG 2.x AA, AODA, WAI-ARIA standards.
• Experience integrating secure authentication flows using OpenID Connect (OIDC) with PKCE.
• Hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce Lightning Components.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing architecture diagrams and technical documents.
• Experience with QA/UAT feedback.
• Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.

Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Frontend) - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
