Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo - Job Description:
Our client requires a Senior IBM Maximo Manage specialist to provide hands-on functional, configuration, and implementation expertise for the client’s IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. The specialist will focus on areas such as facilities maintenance, asset and location management, service requests, and more, ensuring successful integration and knowledge transfer.

Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo - Responsibilities:
• Provide Maximo Manage design recommendations and configuration options.
• Review and comment on configuration workbooks, workflows, and related artifacts.
• Validate configurations, identifying issues, gaps, and risks.
• Conduct data mapping, validation, and migration readiness activities.
• Review integration inputs for SAP/SAP BTP and related applications.
• Drive SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through documentation and walkthroughs.

Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years hands-on Maximo configuration experience.
• Successfully delivered minimum 3 full cycle Maximo implementations.
• Proven experience in configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo.
• Deep experience with Maximo data model and setup.
• Hands-on data migration experience from legacy EAM to Maximo.
• Working knowledge of Maximo Integrations with ERP.
• Experience in driving SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live.

Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public Sector Experience.
• Experience with SAP/SAP BTP integration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with mobile work execution.

Senior Specialized IT Consultant- Maximo – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with possible extensions.
