Senior Supplier Relationship Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Supplier Relationship Manager for a 2-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Supplier Relationship Manager will support a new portfolio of supplier-managed business to handle increased front-office volume. The role involves overseeing vendor negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing relationship management to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager - Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups.
• Participate as a subject matter expert in vendor arrangements and business processes.
• Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
• Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
• Develop and manage vendor management programs and strategic plans.
• Prepare financial reconciliations, budgets, and quarterly management reports.
• Manage supplier contracts and oversee invoice and billing activities.
• Validate and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans for suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.
• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Expert verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in supporting vendor programs.
• Strong presentation, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Postsecondary education, especially in relevant fields.
• Previous financial institution experience.
• Experience with Coupa procurement software.
• Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 2-year contract position.

ASAP.

Senior Supplier Relationship Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 1 day in office per week.
