Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo for a 1-year contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo - Job Description:
The critical project involves the implementation of Maximo Asset Management. The role focuses on evaluating and recommending business workflow improvements, systems integration, and conversion strategies. The candidate will work on the sustainment of large-scale IT solutions, including analysis, architecture, design, testing, and roll-out.

Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo - Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, recommend, and document business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities
• Document "as-is" and design "to-be" business processes using BPMN standards
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and document business requirements
• Support the implementation of Maximo Asset Management, focusing on asset management, preventative maintenance, and service requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead transformational projects

Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo - Mandatory Skills:
• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience with Maximo (v8 or v7)
• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite
• 10 years of experience in evaluating and documenting business workflow and systems integration strategies
• Experience in QA and testing techniques, including conducting functional testing and facilitating UAT

Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with HP ALM suite
• Public sector experience
• Experience in large-scale technology implementation projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with department leaders
• Experience identifying and implementing opportunities for business improvement

Senior Systems Analyst- Maximo – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract with potential extensions.
