On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 for a 10-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 - Job Description:
The project involves enhancing the Workforce Information Network (WIN) system, a business-critical Ontario Public Service system based on the Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) ERP application. The project will focus on digitizing HR and payroll processes, expanding self-service capabilities, and transitioning to the Fluid interface.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 - Responsibilities:
• Work with project teams to develop business systems and applications to meet business needs and priorities.
• Analyze business needs in relation to Human Resources clients' programs and service delivery requirements.
• Provide clients with business systems consulting expertise on the use of information technology, such as PeopleSoft, to meet business goals and objectives.
• Recommend systems development solutions and configuration which meet clients' needs.
• Provide technical expertise and advice in complex systems analysis and design.
• Provide leadership in the coordination and development of production support procedures.
• Provide support to current production Operational needs.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• PeopleSoft HCM Experience.
• Knowledge of business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade, and Fluid, Classic+.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and implement business solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and achieve business goals.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous OPS/Public Sector experience.
• Experience with public sector or OPS.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 – Assignment Length:
The contract is for 10 months with potential for extensions.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Systems Analyst - Peoplesoft HCM Exp. x2 - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
