Senior Project Engineer:
On behalf of our IT Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Engineer for a permanent role. This position is starting out as an On-site, hybrid after ~3 months at our client location in Houston, TX 77084

Senior Project Engineer - Job Description:
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer to join our Project Team. This role involves driving and executing IT projects from conception to completion, including Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, network equipment setup, and cloud migration to Azure.

Senior Project Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Technical planning of IT projects, including initial scoping, task breakdown, and estimation
• Provide technical guidance to the Project team and clients
• Act as a technical liaison during pre-sales consultations
• Execute all phases of IT projects, such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure cloud migrations
• Lead Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Design and implement new network systems for client office openings or relocations
• Configure and install server hardware and software
• Implement Intune deployment across client organizations
• Perform AD migrations
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure project goals and timelines are met
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and attend client status meetings

Senior Project Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of relevant IT experience
• Proven success as a Senior Project Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Strong expertise in Azure, including cloud migrations and Intune deployments
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms
• Expertise in server management and network configuration
• Strong ability to perform project estimations and conduct pre-sales discussions
• Exceptional communication skills

Senior Project Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), or Microsoft certifications
• IT audit expertise

Senior Project Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
