You've mastered full-cycle recruitment. You know how to read a job order, build a sourcing strategy in your sleep, and close a candidate before your competitor even finishes their intro call. Now you're ready for more, more complexity, more ownership, and a real say in how the team operates.

At Procom, we're building a recruitment team that moves fast, thinks strategically, and never stops leveling up. We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who's ready to bring that expertise into a growing IT staffing firm and who has their sights set elevating the team to the next level!

What You'll Own

• Run the full recruitment life cycle on our most complex and highest-priority requisitions from sourcing through placement, partnering directly with Account Managers on strategic accounts.
• Consistently hit and exceed submission, placement, and gross margin targets, setting the bar for the team.
• Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered tools to reach hard-to-find, passive talent.
• Act as a go-to resource for less experienced recruiters; reviewing approaches, sharing search strategies, and helping the team level up.
• Deconstruct technical, functional, and behavioural requirements from clients to build precise, targeted candidate searches.
• Own relationships with your candidate pipeline, delivering the kind of white-glove experience that keeps top talent coming back.
• Flag delivery risks and process gaps early, and bring solutions to the table.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally within IT staffing.
• A proven record of consistently exceeding placement and margin targets.
• Comfort using AI-powered recruiting tools to work smarter, not just harder.
• Strong instincts for reading client needs and translating them into a winning search strategy.
• Experience with an ATS (Bullhorn or similar) and a sharp eye for clean, complete candidate documentation.
• The communication skills to communicate with candidates at a senior level; clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
• A coaching mindset: you naturally help others get better, even before you have the title to prove it.
• The drive to grow into a leadership role, and the self-awareness to build the skills that get you there.

The salary for this position is $65,000 + bonus + uncapped commissions.
