Senior Test Leads:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Test Lead for a 6-month role. This position is onsite up to 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Test Leads - Job Description:
The Cancer Screening Project requires the engagement of two Senior Test Leads to support the development and implementation of secure serverless APIs for the Digital Correspondence solution. These APIs will provide the foundational integration layer required to securely store and manage correspondence records, facilitate the transmission of SMS and email notifications, and enable the Digital Correspondence Portal to retrieve, manage, and present correspondence data in a secure and efficient manner.

Senior Test Leads - Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of test strategy, plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures for testing.
• Lead end-to-end API and integration testing efforts between core enterprise systems, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and external vendors.
• Validate FHIR resources and API payloads against implementation guides and architectural specifications hosted on platforms like Simplifier.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright to ensure comprehensive UI and integration layer coverage.
• Configure and execute complex API tests using Postman and vRest to ensure secure, compliant, and accurate health data exchange.
• Coordinate testing activities involving AWS cloud messaging services (AWS Pinpoint, AWS End User Messaging) to rigorously validate notification and communication workflows.
• Act as the primary testing liaison for integration partners, coordinating test data creation, environment readiness, and cross-system troubleshooting (e.g., EPIC and other HIS platforms).

Senior Test Leads - Mandatory Skills:
• Healthcare Integration & Standards Expertise with HL7 FHIR and SMART on FHIR.
• Experience with FHIR, HL7v2, and HL7v3.
• API & Automation Testing proficiency using Postman, vRest, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Experience testing Clinical Applications.
• Experience with eReferral applications such as Ocean/Novari/etc.
• Cloud & Messaging Experience with AWS services, including AWS Pinpoint and AWS End User Messaging.
• Public sector experience.

Senior Test Leads – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ONC Inferno or AEGIS Touchstone.
• Synthetic Health Data Generation using tools like Synthea.
• FHIR Bulk Data Access Testing experience.
• Chaos Engineering / Cloud Resiliency Testing familiarity.
• Advanced Identity & Security Mocking expertise.

Senior Test Leads – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract with an option to extend.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Onsite up to 5 days a week, subject to hiring manager's discretion.
