Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising:
On behalf of our retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising for a 9 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising - Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Testers to support a Large Transformation Program at our client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management within retail platforms such as SAP, MAWM, Blue Yonder, or GK POS, requiring a strong understanding of retail business cycles and system integrations.

Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising - Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
• Support Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT
• Validate business processes across integrated retail systems and applications
• Participate in test readiness assessments and defect triage sessions
• Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Assist in test metrics reporting and testing documentation

Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing within enterprise environments
• 3+ years of retail experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP, MAWM, Blue Yonder, or GK POS
• Strong experience with test execution, defect management, and Jira
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and E2E testing

Senior Tester - SAP & Merchandising – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall delivery environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, test management tools, or release management processes
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and middleware platforms
• Knowledge of supply chain, merchandising, and/or marketing & omnichannel processes/systems

The contract is 9 months.
