Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS:
On behalf of our retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS for a 9 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS - Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Testers to support and execute testing within a Large Transformation Program at our client. The program involves end-to-end business process validation and system integration testing across retail platforms like SAP, MAWM, Blue Yonder, and GK POS.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS - Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Support Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate business processes across integrated retail systems and applications.
• Execute testing activities aligned to project timelines and release cycles.
• Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira or equivalent defect management tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, vendors, and functional teams to resolve defects.
• Validate workflows across retail operational areas such as Order Management, Inventory Management, and POS Transactions.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of Retail Experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, MAWM, Blue Yonder product suite, or GK POS.
• Strong experience with test execution, defect management, Jira, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Understanding of retail business cycles and system integrations.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and release management processes.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain, merchandising, and/or marketing & omnichannel processes/systems.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS – Assignment Length:
This is a 9 month contract position.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Tester - Store Ops and POS - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite, requiring 5 days per week in the office.
