Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP for a 9 month contract role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days per week at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP - Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Testers to support and execute testing within a Large Transformation Program at our client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and end-to-end business process validation across retail platforms such as SAP, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), Blue Yonder (BY) product suite, or GK POS. This role requires a strong understanding of retail business cycles, system integrations, and complex testing coordination across multiple applications and stakeholders.

Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP - Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Support Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate business processes across integrated retail systems and applications.
• Execute testing activities aligned to project timelines and release cycles.
• Participate in test readiness assessments and defect triage sessions.
• Log, track, prioritize, and retest defects using Jira or equivalent defect management tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, vendors, and functional teams to resolve defects.

Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of Retail Experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, MAWM, BY product suite, or GK POS.
• Strong experience with test execution and defect management.
• Proficiency in Jira, end-to-end testing, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, test management tools, or release management processes.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain, merchandising, and/or marketing & omnichannel processes/systems.

Senior Tester - Supply Chain and SAP – Assignment Length:
This is a 9 month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite 5 days per week.
