Senior UKG Kronos Consultant:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior UKG Kronos Consultant for a 4 months contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior UKG Kronos Consultant - Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced UKG Kronos Workforce Central Consultant to support operational workforce management activities and the transition to Dayforce Workforce. This role will involve serving as the primary subject matter expert for Kronos Workforce Central, ensuring operational stability and reducing implementation risk during WestJet's Workforce Management transformation.

Senior UKG Kronos Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Provide administration and support for client's UKG Kronos Workforce Central environment during the transition to Dayforce Workforce.
• Troubleshoot workforce management, scheduling, attendance, accrual, and payroll-related issues.
• Coordinate with third-party support providers to maintain operational continuity.
• Work directly with the departing Workforce Management SME to capture critical business and technical knowledge.
• Document specific configurations, business rules, integrations, support procedures, and operational processes.
• Support and document Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) integrations and associated data flows.
• Serve as the current-state Kronos subject matter expert for the Dayforce Workforce program.

Senior UKG Kronos Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting UKG Kronos Workforce Central.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Workforce Administration, Security Profiles.
• Experience supporting large, complex workforce populations.
• Experience leading knowledge transfer and documentation activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Experience supporting Kronos-to-payroll integrations.

Senior UKG Kronos Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Dayforce Workforce Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise workforce management implementations or migrations.

Senior UKG Kronos Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a short-term contract role from September 5, 2026, to December 4, 2026.
