Senior UX Designer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior UX Designer - Job Description:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be working on a project-based initiative focused on business banking. You will be part of a fast-paced team with a great culture, transforming complex problems into elegant user experiences.

Senior UX Designer - Responsibilities:
• Transform complex problems into elegant experiences
• Ideation, concept development, and experience innovation
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design intent is achieved
• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices, and trends

Senior UX Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience presenting design work to non-design stakeholders (product, business SMEs, etc.)
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and stakeholder feedback without over-indexing on consensus
• Ability to take direction, synthesize feedback, and iterate quickly
• Strong organizational skills (documentation, versioning, decision tracking)
• Experience translating business problems into design opportunities, not just executing handed-off requirements
• Understanding of how digital experiences support banking value chains (e.g., acquisition, engagement, advice, retention)
• Using research, analytics, heuristics, or prior learnings to inform decisions

Senior UX Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AI tools such as Figma AI and Claud design
• Familiarity with Copilot

Senior UX Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
