Job Description
Senior Workday Program Transformation Business AnalystOn behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Senior Workday Program Transformation Business Analyst.
Senior Workday Program Transformation Business Analyst Job Details Business process analysis and design: Lead process analysis, workflow mapping, and end-to-end process narratives, including roles, hand-offs, business rules, approvals, exceptions and controls.
Requirements analysis: Plan and facilitate requirements gathering activities; document and validate business and functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria and solution requirements.
Gap analysis and resolution: Identify and assess gaps across people, processes, policy, digital solutions, data, roles and governance, and develop options and recommendations to support resolution.
Operating model and service design: Support implementation of HR service delivery model, service catalogue, processes, roles and responsibilities, RACIs, intake, escalation and support models.
Workday alignment: Work digital and business teams to translate business requirements into Workday configuration, validate proposed solutions, and ensure there is alignment between end-to-end business processes and Workday capabilities.
Facilitation: Lead discovery, process design, requirements and decision-making workshops across multiple stakeholder groups and health organizations.
Impact and dependency analysis: Identify and manage dependencies between HR service delivery model, HR services, organization design, processes, policy, digital soltuions, change/readiness and sustainment.
Testing and business validation: Support development of use cases, test cases, test scripts, defect assessment against business processes.
Sustainment and continuous improvement: Support development of future support processes, service/process ownership, enhancement intake, governance, knowledge management and continuous improvement processes.

- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in business, health information science, or computer science
- Experience working with Workday
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with business process redesign, requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and testing leadership.
- Experience and strong knowledge of business architecture
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations preferably HR, Payroll or ERP
- Strong demonstrated skills in process mapping, SOP development, and program-level communications
- Knowledge of change management, deployment readiness, and cutover planning
- Proficiency with computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including developing agendas, leading meetings, supporting the group to stay on track, and facilitating collaboration
- Excellent organization and time management skills
