ServiceNow Application Specialist:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Application Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Job Description:
This project involves expanding the ServiceNow platform across various business intake processes including Legal, Procurement, and enterprise project intake. The role focuses on enhancing in-house capabilities and providing flexibility to the team.

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Configure and administer ServiceNow applications
• Make application changes and manage change requests
• Build and modify custom workflows and flows
• Set up and support integrations
• Work with business and IT teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations

ServiceNow Application Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow application administration and configuration
• Experience in configuring and administering ServiceNow applications
• Experience in making application changes and managing change requests
• Experience in building and modifying custom workflows and flows
• Experience in setting up and supporting integrations
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada clearance
• Ability to complete a criminal background check
