Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• CIS Configuration Management Database (CMDB) certification

• CIS Security Operations (SecOps) or Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response (VR)

• Deep expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and ServiceNow Discovery mechanisms

The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:

The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:

• Translate business outcomes into technical designs

• Set development standards for the platform

• Design integrations

• Ensure Out of the Box (OOTB) alignment to preserve platform upgradability
